Legal basis
- Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

Every time the content of the website is accessed, data is temporarily stored there via so-called protocol or log files, which may allow identification. The following data is collected each time the website is accessed:

The Ministry of Regional Identity, Local Government, Building and Digitalization of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MHKBG) stores order data for as long as it is legally required. The responsible employees of the MHKBG have access to the order data and have the option of deleting it individually. If data is deleted, there is an opportunity to restore the data within 7 days; overall, IT.NRW's data backup enables data to be restored within 2 months, after which deleted data is irrevocably removed from the data backup.
